Ready to reconnect with the real you?

Inside See Your Story, you’ll gently explore who you are, make sense of your past through a neurodivergent lens, and begin to trust your autistic identity

Through reflective prompts and neurodivergent insight, this journal helps you untangle your past, rediscover who you are beneath the mask, and step into your identity with clarity, compassion, and quiet confidence. With reflection prompts, practical tools, and supportive guides, you’ll untangle old survival strategies, quiet the doubt, and begin to step into a life that finally fits - with no need to prove yourself to anyone.

Realising you’re autistic was never meant to leave you feeling more lost.

But so many late-diagnosed and self-identified autistic adults are quietly struggling right now caught between the old life they survived in and the new identity they don’t quite know how to live yet.

The world hasn’t slowed down to give you space to process. There’s no guidebook, no obvious next step - just a flood of information, a mountain of questions, and a lifetime of habits that were built to keep you safe, not whole.

And if you keep pushing through hoping clarity will just click, hoping the doubt will eventually disappear - you’ll stay stuck in the same exhausting loop. Masking. Shrinking. Second-guessing. Waiting for permission to be who you already are.

You deserve better than that. You deserve to feel proud of who you are, rooted in your truth, and finally seen - without having to explain yourself to anyone. Let See Your Story be the place where that begins.

I know how relentless it can feel - like you’re constantly holding your breath just to get through the day. On the outside, you might seem like you’re managing, but inside it’s a swirl of overwhelm, self-doubt, and the ache of never quite feeling enough. You’re trying to navigate a world that expects you to explain yourself, justify your needs, and keep up with standards that were never designed for you. Social media is full of people who seem further along, more “certain” in their identity.

Everyone says “just be yourself” but no one tells you how, especially when you’ve spent a lifetime adapting just to survive.

Please hear this: it’s not your fault. You are not broken or behind. You’ve been surviving in an environment that never saw the real you - and that’s what made it so hard, not any failure on your part. The system was stacked against you. And now, slowly and gently, it’s your turn to reclaim what was always yours: your truth, your story, your self.

If you've been feeling...

  • Like you’re constantly performing, even around the people closest to you - and you’re not sure who you are underneath it all

  • Anxious and overwhelmed by every decision, unsure if it’s what you want or what you’ve been conditioned to want

  • Crushed by the pressure to “have it all figured out” when you’re still trying to make sense of your own story

You’ve spent a lifetime adapting to a world that didn’t understand you and you deserve the time, space, and support to come home to yourself.

Imagine if...

  • You woke up feeling grounded in who you are, no longer questioning your identity or replaying every interaction in your head

  • You moved through your day with more ease - able to recognise your needs, honour your limits, and stop apologising for simply being yourself

  • You felt a quiet confidence growing in your relationships, where you no longer had to shrink, mask, or explain just to feel accepted

This is all possible for you, and here’s how I’ll help you do it…

INTRODUCING

See Your Story:

A Guided Journal for Late-Identified Autistic Women

You’ll get the tools, prompts, and step-by-step reflection you need to move from self-doubt and overwhelm to clarity, self-trust, and quiet confidence in your autistic identity.

No more wondering if you’re “autistic enough,” replaying conversations in your head, or trying to make yourself smaller to fit into spaces that don’t see you. No more drowning in information without direction, or feeling like you’re doing it wrong just because you’re doing it differently.

Instead, you’ll gently unpack who you are beneath the mask, make sense of your past through a neurodivergent lens, and start to build a more authentic life one that feels aligned, spacious, and true. You’ll begin to move through the world with more ease, rooted in your truth and no longer needing to prove it to anyone.

The See Your Story Guided Journal is step one of my signature framework, focussing on understanding your journey through a neurodivergent lens.

The prequel to Exactly Enough: The Autistic Life Alignment Course, See Your Story is about reflecting on your past and uncovering who you are beneath the mask.

Step 1

Clarity on your past experiences:

By exploring your story with a fresh perspective, you’ll start to make sense of your past, especially the moments when you felt different, misunderstood, or 'less than.'

Step 2

A shift in self-perception:

You’ll see that everything you’ve been through has shaped you uniquely, and it’s not about ‘fixing’ or ‘overcoming’ something, but understanding it. This shift in perspective helps you move away from self-criticism and toward self-acceptance.

Step 3

Healing through insight:

Recognising how your neurodivergence has influenced your life can help you feel less alone in your experiences and more empowered in your identity.

Step 4

A foundation for growth:

Once you see your story clearly, you can lay the groundwork for the next steps in your journey toward self-acceptance and alignment.

Here's what you'll explore inside See Your Story:

Chapter 1: Where You Begin

You’ll start by grounding yourself in this new stage of your journey setting your own intentions and gently acknowledging what’s brought you here. This chapter creates space for you to arrive, reflect, and begin without pressure to have it all figured out.

Chapter 2: Behind the Mask

Here, you’ll take a closer look at the mask you’ve worn to survive when it started, how it shows up, and what it’s been protecting. With thoughtful prompts and a practical tool in the appendices, you’ll begin to notice the difference between survival and self.

Chapter 3: The Clues Were Always There

This chapter invites you to revisit your past through a neurodivergent lens. You’ll reflect on missed signs and misunderstood moments not to relive them, but to understand them with more compassion and less shame.

Chapter 4: Am I Really Autistic?

If you’ve been stuck in doubt, this chapter is for you. You’ll explore the internalised stories and stereotypes that feed imposter feelings, and begin to meet your autistic identity with more clarity, self-trust, and kindness.

Chapter 5: Your Autistic Self

This rich chapter dives into your sensory experience, communication preferences, emotional landscape, and need for structure. It includes space for reflection and a sensory mapping tool to help you better understand what supports or overwhelms you in everyday life.

Chapter 6: The Cost of Survival

You’ll examine the energy cost of everyday life what drains you, what sustains you, and the strategies you’ve developed just to cope. With an energy accounting tool and a coping strategy audit, this chapter helps you see your patterns with clarity and care.

Chapter 7: Where You Go from Here

This final chapter brings it all together. You’ll reflect on what you’ve discovered, what you’re ready to carry forward, and what you can finally let go of. It’s a gentle invitation to shape your next steps in alignment with who you truly are.

HEY THERE,

I'm Francesca

For much of my life, I felt out of sync capable on the outside but exhausted and disconnected inside. When someone close to me was diagnosed as autistic, and later I received my own diagnosis, everything shifted. What followed wasn’t clarity, but confusion, fear, and shame. I was left with no support, still masking, and unsure where I ended and the mask began.

Coaching became the space that helped me process it all gently, compassionately, and with tools that actually supported me. That’s why I created Sparkly Frog Coaching and See Your Story for thoughtful, intelligent autistic adults navigating life after diagnosis or self-discovery. This journal is the guide I wish I had: a gentle companion to help you make sense of your past, explore who you are beneath the mask, and begin a life that feels like yours. You are not too much, too weird, or too late.

You belong. Your truth matters.

And the world needs you - exactly as you are.

This is your chance to stop second-guessing your identity and start feeling grounded in who you truly are

So you can finally let go of the doubt, the shame, and the exhausting need to explain yourself. See Your Story gives you the reflection, structure, and support you need to gently explore your autistic identity, understand your past through a neurodivergent lens, and begin building a life that feels like yours. No more surviving - this is where becoming begins.

This is for you if:

  • You’ve recently been diagnosed or self-identified as autistic and you’re wondering, “Now what?”

  • You’re still carrying doubts about whether you’re “autistic enough” and want space to explore that gently and honestly

  • You’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, start letting go of the mask, and begin building a life that actually fits who you are

This is not for you if:

  • You already feel clear, confident, and settled in your autistic identity and don’t feel the need for further exploration

  • You’re looking for a fast answer or quick fix, rather than a gentle, self-paced journey of discovery

  • You prefer not to reflect on your inner world or explore your past and present experiences

Frequently Asked Questions

You can email me at francesca.percival@sparklyfrog.com if you have any questions. I'm happy to help! And don't forget to check out the FAQs below:

What if I'm not officially diagnosed?

Yes. See Your Story is for anyone who has recently been diagnosed or self-identified as autistic. If you’ve spent your life feeling different and only now have the language to name it, this journal was made for you. Your experience is valid, and you deserve support - whether or not you have the paperwork.

What if I'm not sure I'm autistic enough?

That doubt is incredibly common - and it’s one of the very reasons this journal exists. You don’t need to be certain to begin. See Your Story is designed to hold space for your questions and help you reflect on your identity at your own pace, without pressure or judgment.

I’ve already done a lot of reading about autism. Will this still be helpful?

If you’ve read about autism but haven’t had a space to reflect on what it means for you, this journal will meet you in a different way. It’s not just information - it’s a guided, personal process to help you make sense of your story and connect with who you are beneath the mask.

What if I don’t have a lot of time or energy right now?

That’s okay. See Your Story is completely self-paced, with no deadlines or pressure. You can move through it slowly, skip around, or come back to it whenever you’re ready. It’s designed to meet you exactly where you are - even if that’s tired, unsure, or overwhelmed.

Is this the same as therapy or a replacement for it?

No, this isn’t therapy - and it isn’t meant to be. But it can be a beautiful companion to therapy, coaching, or your own personal growth. It gives you a structured way to process your thoughts and begin building clarity, self-trust, and understanding - on your own terms.
